It’s at technique used by some web developer to over load keywords into the web page content, and because search engine robots crawl on your Web page for keyword that are entered into the search criteria by the user, the more times a keyword appears on the Web page the more relevancy the search engine will assign to the page in the search results. Some other Keyword stuff method used is same colour text with same colour background. This effectively hides keyword in the background without visitor ever noticing it but for search engine robots they are able to identify those keywords and hence make your webpage more relevant to the search.

- Also referred to as a doorway page, a jump page, an entry page or a bridge page. These pages are pages are designed for search engines and not for the end user. They are basically fake pages that are filled with content and highly optimised to capture the attention of search engine robots by containing keywords that link to a target or landing page. The users never actually see these pages because they are automatically redirected to the target page. Some search engines are wary of doorway pages and penalize sites that use them.
